How long does it take to get my order? TOP
We process most orders within 5 business days (processing time starts after you approve the preview). If an order will take longer, we will let you know before processing the order for you. This does not include shipping time, which is 2-3 days by priority mail.
Once the order is placed, we will email you a preview that will need to be approved prior to processing the order. If you need an order shipped sooner than that time frame, please let us know. We will gladly RUSH your order, for a $7.00 rush order fee.
Can you do custom designs? TOP
Absolutely!!! We can create a design to fit almost any occasion. Please just email us your requests, and we will be glad to help you. We love requests.
Can you put a photograph on any of the favors? TOP
Yes, if you have a scanned or digital photograph, send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can incorporate it into a personalized design. If you don’t have a digital image, mail us a photograph and we’ll scan it for you and return the photograph unharmed.
What if I would like to see a sample? TOP
We can gladly email you a preview of the favor with your personalization info. If you would like a sample sent, we can gladly send you one for a $2.00 fee. Please email us your requests.
Do you have a catalog? TOP
No, I'm sorry we do not have a printed catalog at this time! We are always adding NEW lines and the best way for us to show our customers what we have available is through our web site!! We update the site OFTEN! You are welcome to print the pages in the website.
How do I place an order? TOP
All orders may be placed by using our secure shopping cart online, by calling our toll free number 1-866-FAVORS 8, or by sending us an email at email@example.com.
Our Guarantee/Return Policy TOP
We take great pride in our ability to give you “unique” products! If for some reason, we mess up and there is an error on OUR part, we of course will cover all costs to replace the item for you! Sorry, no returns on "PERSONALIZED" items. We do email you a preview to proof prior to printing the order. Once the preview is approved, the order is processed.
What happens to information I submit? TOP
All details submitted will be kept confidential. We do not sell names, addresses, numbers, or any other information you give us.
Which credit cards do you take? TOP
We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express, Paypal too.
What if I need the order shipped faster? TOP
This is usually no problem. Please call us for shipping info and charges.
How does the product get shipped? TOP
We ship most orders by USPS Priority Mail to keep your shipping charges low.
However, if you live in an apartment building, I suggest you have your order shipped to your work address, or a friend's address. The last few times, orders have been lost that were shipped to an Apt. building. Even insuring the package with Priority Mail doesn't insure that the package will arrive in time, if it is lost and then found. USPS will not refund the money if the package is found after the event date. UPS charges $11-$14 for ground shipping. If you prefer to ship by UPS, just email me for a quote.
Please be advised, once an order has been shipped, and either UPS or the USPS have a delivery confirmation that the package has been delivered to said address, it then becomes the customer's responsibility if for any reason package is not located, ie. lost or misplaced. It is customer's responsibility to notify carrier to rectify where package is. Keep in mind, we will do all we can to assist in any matter. If replacements are needed, they will only be sent by UPS ground or Priority Mail. We are not responsible for any air charges necessary to get replacements to you faster. Please place your order a few weeks prior to your event to prevent this from happening.
Once the product is shipped, how long will it take to reach me? TOP
Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days. Please email us with your shipping info for a quote on the transit time.
